Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a profoundly nourishing and grounding practice that aids in calming the nervous system and returning you to a state of inner calm and soulful connection. ​This practice is the antidote for living in the modern day. Begin to notice your stress, tension and resistance melt away through the practice of being instead of doing.​Through long holds in postures supported with props, you'll find yourself softening into various shapes through the vehicle of the breath. ​Yin classes are seasoned with gentle wisdom and uplifting stories, breathing life into the stillness of this practice.​
