I have been a yoga teacher for over 15 years. My journey began with Hot yoga and blossomed into other styles, including traditional Hatha Yoga (Sivananda), Slow Flow Vinyasa and Yin. I have been greatly inspired by my teachers, Sally Kempton, Clara Roberts Oss, Bernie Clarke, Octavio Salvador and Karina Guthrie. After graduating from my first 200 YTT in 2007, I backed it up again in 2013 with Sivananda Yoga and in 2016 at The Practice Bali. As my practice has progressed, it has also transformed into slower, more mindful practices, including Meditation and Yoga Nidra. I am also a fully qualified Soul Hypnosis practitioner.
